Size Exchanges

We understand that fit is important, and we offer exchanges strictly for size adjustments:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the courier service when returning the item for a size exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Include your order number and the size you wish to exchange for.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, the replacement size will be shipped promptly.
  • Exchanges are strictly limited to size changes; other replacements or item changes are not available.

Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted if an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include your order details and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days.
  • Where applicable, Marizka may offer a replacement item instead of a refund, and our team will provide guidance for arranging the return courier.

  • Marizka delivers exclusively within Sri Lanka.
  • Items are packaged with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
  • Requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference, maintaining the exclusivity and integrity of our collections.
